To mark the completion of the last series of workshops, The Middle East Photograph Preservation Initiative (MEPPI) is organizing a symposium to consider the future direction and sustainability of photographic preservation in the Middle East and North Africa.
FABRIK participating artist Tobias Zielony will speak about his exhibited series The Citizen (2015), a collaboration with refugee activists in Germany, African writers, newspapers, and magazines.
Durational Rope is a performative exploration, in which the artist duo QUARTO use a kilometer-long rope to challenge the limits and capabilities of the human body.
